This is a beginning. A love affair with yourself rooted in truth, presence, and visibility.
The Art of Mirror Work is a transformative workshop that uses reflection, breath, and sound to shift how you relate to yourself from the inside out. Timed with the energy of the Spring Equinox, this experience honors balance, emergence, and the courage to be seen as you are.
Through this practice, the mirror becomes one of your greatest allies, where deeper truth begins to reveal itself. The experience flows from conversation and reflection into an activating mirror meditation that brings awareness to how you meet your reflection in this season of growth.
Ending with Breathwork and Sound Healing to seal in the transformation.

Sound Healing is provided to help support you, even further. Come release the pressure and expectations. Go all in on your VISION, and emerge feeling like a whole new person, more *alive* than ever before.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW & BRING
Dress in loose and comfy clothing.
Bring a journal and a pen.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering (optional), and anything else you may need to lie comfortably on the floor.
Please avoid food for at least 60 minutes prior.
Arrive at 9:50AM to get started on time.
